<p>It can help people with breathing problems, most notably like asthma.  Because yoga is a relaxing practice, it can even help to control blood pressure.</p>
<p>Many people even attest to the fact that it can help to both manage and relieve pain, especially back pain and even arthritis, because the stretches are beneficial to the joints.</p>
<p>Yoga can even help manage weight.  In fact, it can help you lose weight in a healthy way because the weight comes off steadily but at a slow rate, making it less likely to come back.</p>
<p>These are but a few of the benefits of yoga.  Doesn&#8217;t that seem like enough to pique your curiosity?</p>
