If you have having a lot of pain in your throat or even in general, mix a little Turmeric with some warm milk and instantly, you will feel better. While it might not taste all that great, it will make you feel better, which is the entire point.

Turmeric is also used in a lot of different cosmetics, while it might not be wildly used throughout the world, many modern and western societies are making use of Turmeric in cosmetics.

If you are looking to cure some cuts or scrapes that you may have gotten on your skin, there are also essential oils that can assist you with that as well. Just some eucalyptus or diluted clove oil can absolutely assist those cuts with healing and closing right up.

While you never want to apply diluted essential oils right to your skin, mixing them in with some hand cream is a great idea!

Another thing is a getting into a high-fiber diet. This is by far the best treatment for any constipation problems that you might be having. Adding in some fresh veggies, fruits and natural whole grains is a great way to ensure that your diet is full of fiber.

Finally, you want to make sure that you avoid foods that actually cause constipation. That way you can be sure that you are not causing it!
