One of the first plants that you should grow is Aloe Vera.  This is a plant that will come in serious use, not only for burns, but for your skin.  Honestly, this is a fantastic plant for treating everything from burning all the way to reducing inflammation!

Next up on the list s Great Burdock; also referred to as edible burlock or lappa burlock.  This is a medicinal plant that is used as a root vegetable and it is actually a blood purifying agent.  It works wonders for your blood inside and out!

If you are like me – you had no idea what Naturopathy was or what it meant to actually practice it.  Naturopathy is actually a way of life and people who believe in it actually use all natural materials and methods to heal the sick.  It can honestly be described as a medical procedure, employing the therapeutic advantages of nature.  Naturopathy has actually been in practice for years and years, dating back to the 18th century actually and it is still practiced quite a bit in these dates.

Naturopathy has gradually been taken over by medical research and science, however, it still holds true that materials and methods are mainly all natural.  Personally, I think that Naturopathy is not used enough in today’s day and age.  I think that using herbs and such from nature is the very best way to go, however – many people want to just pop some pills and feel better.

Naturopathy is not for everyone, however it is going to be one of the healthiest ways to go!

Now of course, you need to know exactly what herbs are going to work to cure your stress and they are:  Valerian, Yogi Tea, Lemon Balm and Kava Kava.  All of these incredible herbs are fantastic for whenever you are stressed out.  The Valerian can definitely help you calm yourself down, the Yogi tea will be able to help you get rid of all of those tensed up nerves, the lemon balm will overall calm you down and finally the Kava Kava has been known to give you comfort.

If you just follow these guidelines, you will definitely be calm, cool and collected all of the time and that is the feeling that everyone wants to be right now!
