<p>To be honest, you need to make sure that you have a lot of calcium in your diet.  That is one of the biggest things that adults are missing in their diet and that is why so many of adults end up with MS or any number of diseases.  Having some milk once in a way or even some fortified orange juice is a fantastic way to ensure that your bones are going to be strong and well taken care of.</p>
<p>Also, working out is a fantastic way to make sure that your bones and body in general stay strong.  While exercise is not all that fun, it is definitely something that you need to be doing – a lot.</p>
