Although most of us hear about yoga all the time, a lot of people are not quite sure what it is, how to do it, why they should do it, and what benefits are associated with it.
There are actually a lot of misconceptions associated with the practice of yoga, in part because so many people only have references to it in books, television shows, and movies on which to draw.
Trust me when I say that such references do not even detail the bare bones of what yoga is all about at its heart.
So, we are going to try to clear things up a little bit, by discussing the main benefits of yoga and what, specifically, it may be able to do for you.
