You do not have to of course eat garlic every single day, but you certainly want to make sure that you incorporate it into your diet on a regular basis – as this is certainly an herb that you want to ensure that you get.

Too much garlic though might not be a good thing for you, as garlic is certainly one thing that comes out in your pores.
